strategy for personnel hiring
Does anyone have a strategy for hiring personnel. I like playing with coaches and managers. However, I always find that someones contract ends during the middle of the year at an unpredictable date. Then when I go look to replace them, there are not any decent replacements.
I can see what year some good personnel from other teams are going to end their contract, but I don't know the date that their contract ends. It is too much trouble to check the personnel after every single game to see when they become available; but if I don't another computer team snatches them up as soon as they are available. Does anyone have a strategy that works? |

If you're talking about your minor league personnel their contracts always expire at the end of the minor league's season. For instance, if your AA team has their season end on August 10th, then the personnel from that team will leave on that date if their contract is up. Just make sure you extend the contracts of the personnel you want to keep before the end of the season. I hope this helps.
