BZ 1497: Draft List

It was suggested that I post this in this Tech Support section:

30 Days before the draft was set to take place the draft list came out. I then changed the date to 25 days before the draft and changed the number of rounds. So in 5 more days I thought that an entirely new draft list would be created but it looks like it added on to the original (the one set to 30 days prior to the draft [and now there are way to many players]).

Is this what is expected? I thought there would be an completely new/different list.

Some have suggested that the ability to change any of the draft settings be locked once a draft list comes out but that is not what I am going for here.
