Purchasing OOTP 8

Can someone without internet access purchase OOTP 8? I'm interested, but don't have internet access (currenlty I'm at the library), so if I would need to log onto the site from my desktop, can't do it. I have OOTP 2007, would like to upgrade to OOTP 8, so, CAN I???

I would advise holding pat on OOTP 8 and buy your pre-order of OOTP 9

OOTP2007 is essentially the same game as OOTP8

I understand it's basically the same, but the additions were interesting, and if I read the fine print correctly (probably didn't) it would only cost six bucks, so again, if someone can tell me whether I can purchase OOTP 8 (or for that matter, OOTP 9) without my desktop having internet access, please let me know. I can download the software here at the library, but I'm not sure if my desktop at home must be connected to the internet or not. And if so, are there any workaround options to purchasing OOTP 8 and/or OOTP 9???? Any answers greatly appreciated.

You can get offline licenses through e-license. I don't remember the procedure however, but it should be possible.
