I need help with STB roster patch(no one was answer me on STB board)

I just got the game yesterday. I download the roster patch to go with the game..I unzipped it put it in the game and it load and then i went to check the teams and player and there was no teams or players there..Can someone help me and tell me what to do now or tell me what i did wrong..It would be a big help for me..Thanks
