Need help....please

Ok, this is what happened....

Chris Carter was traded from Oakland to Cincinnati, but ever since he went to Cincinnati, he has been showing up on the A's and the Reds 40 man roster. I have tried to release him to the FA pool and then place him back on Cincinnati's roster, but then after I run a sim, he shows up on the A's 40 man roster again as well. I have tried a couple of different things, and none of them seem to work. This has happened 3 times now, I don't know what else to do. maybe it's something simple that I have overlooked, I don't know.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening..

Which version are you using, please?

What type of league is this? Is this a solo league or an on-line league? Is it a trade involving a human GM, or just the AI?

It's an online league using OOTP8 v. 8.0.0.13 and it was a trade involving 2 GM's.
