AI Making All Decision

First time I've ever seen this happen in the 4 years I've been playing..the AI, even with human manager selected, assigned to a team and in charge of all transactions, is promote-demoting-DL'ing players without my input.

Any ideas?

Did the human GM actually sign on to be the GM of the team in question, or is he "Acting As" the GM in commish mode? If the latter, the AI is actually still in charge of the team.

Which version of the game are you using, please?
