coach card

I think the coach rating system is OK as it is, it could use a reputation rating as well, as has been discussed before. I'd also like to see a coach card similar to the player card. Don't necessarily need height, weight, etc, but just something to give the coaches a little more personality than just their age and experience. There should be statistics for coaches. For example, for a pitching coach show the team pitching stats for the different teams he's been on. The scouting director and minors managers stats could be a little more tricky. Maybe try something like listing all-star players that either the scouting director drafted or the minors manager helped develop. I've heard that some players become coaches after they retire, I haven't actually seen this because I haven't had the game for very long, but this could also be shown on the coach's card. Finally, there could be a coach history like the one on the player pages, showing what teams he has worked with, and any championships he has won. If I'm looking for a coach and see that he's won championships in 5 of the last 10 years, I'm definitely going to try to get him.

I like running fictional leagues and trying to build rich histories within the league. Anything that adds a little personality to the game would be great, and I think coaches are what need this the most.
