PE2 Update or PE1?

OK, so apparently PE2 was never finished so we still can't save off changes to players. Correct?

But I read in a thread that an older editor that works for OOTP4 existed. Is that true? If so, where can it be found? I ahven't seen it in the usual utility sites.

Check here . I think the 4th file down is the older editor.

FYI - the older version of the editor allows for editing of financials of the current year.
