OOTP 8 Vista

Ive been having all kinds of problems with the game crashing. Noteably, when I go to my team's roster page, and click on a certain player (Reid Brignac) the game immediately crashes. This has occurred three times in a row now...

Help?

Which version are you using? Do you see the crashing happen in only one league or in multiple leagues? If you are only playing one league, please create a test fictional league to see if you have any issues with it.
