Need Help Please

I am using OOTP 8, and the program loads okay, but everytime I select my lineup, or click on a player's name, an unexpected error comes up and the program shuts down. How do I fix this?

Are you using the latest version of 8? (ie 8.0.0.13)

Are you using a fictional league, historical league or MLB quickstart?

I am using the latest version on Vista. with a historical league.

Confirming same problem in historical league using MLB quickstart. Doesn't matter whether settings are for internal or external browser. Click a player link and you cause the game to crash. v8013 winxp sp2
