Mike Martz
The new offensive Cord for the Niners, i think its a VERY good move and should help Alex Smith out a lot, but i have a feeling Martz will leave after next year and become a head coach again...and once again Alex Smith will have yet ANOTHER cordinator....oh well good news to niner fans anyways.........................maybe we wont be laughed at for our offense next year!

Mike Martz will either have to win a Super Bowl as an OC or have a successful run in CFB to get another head coaching job in the NFL. I wouldn't worry too much.
I agree it's a good move. He is, for all of his flaws, a very good OC when given personnel that fits within his system.

just not sure the niners will have the personnell to run the offenses he enjoys running. the wr's in SF are no where near the caliber of what he had to work with the Lions and Rams.
Guess we'll see how this plays out, maybe they'll actually bring in a playmaker at WR rather than another overrated old guy |
