In most instances I cheer heartily for St.Louis sports...but have never really fallen in love with the Rams (I still wish they were back in L.A./Anaheim and St.Louis had an expansion team or the Cardinals back...crazy, I know.)
Anyway...what the heck happened today?!? Everyone says the Raiders are the best team in the NFL...and they lost quite handily to a third-string QB. Ouch!! Coach Callahan says they didn't overlook the Rams...but...c'mon! That is an ugly black eye...

That same Marc Bulger cheated off me in high school english class. He cheated all the time - but he could play football.
Anywho, the Raiders were due for a loss - and Gannon was due to look old and human sooner or later. Nothing's more dangerous than a winless team...unless you're the Bungles, I guess... |

I can see it already:
Peter Warrick running up to a camera after they get their first win in Week 13. Screaming in a very Johnnie Mortonish style, "Kiss my ass Jay Leno".

Hey, I’ll take my lumps. The Raiders got beat by the best damn 0-5 team on the planet. I’d be taking this loss much tougher if it were to the 0-5 Bengals are some crappy tram like Minnesota or Detroit. Martz finally figured out to give the ball to Faulk more often and the Raiders let Bulger get some confidence with is opening drive. The Raiders were hit with some bogus calls (phantom face mask for example) but not enough to make a game deciding outcome.
The Raiders should have blitzed the hell out of that no-experience QB. Hit him a couple times, shake him up. Instead, only 1 blitz in the first half. Raiders didn't deserve to win yesterday, the Rams did, but they still suck and the Raiders are still great! |

You two need to find a middle ground--
The Vikings are way better than the Bengals, and way worse than a 3-2 team. |
