Changing pitching matchups ...

I'm in a 20 team historical league with a fictional league structure... and I just used a default generated fictional 120 game schedule..

My problem is, the schedule has every team playing the same days, and every team off the same days - which in turn makes it so all number 1 pitchers are pitching one day, all number 2 pitchers pitch anothe rday ... Ie. there is no variation in matchups.. Number 5 pitchers are always throwin gagainst number 5 pitchers, etc....

I've staggered my own team's pitching lineup so it is a bit off synch, but I'm wondering, aside from changin the schedule to have different off days next season, is there anything I can do in this season to make this not occur, aside from actually becoming the GM of other teams and changing their rotation?

Thanks.

If teams are checked to "start highest rested starter," won't that make the fifth starter only used sporadically, and thus shake up the various pitching rotations across the league?

The problem being most of the time it's the same resting periods for all of them .. So it generally is staying in synch I find.

Editing the schedule to stagger off days should work.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.
