Updated Rosters?

All -

I know there are a lot of rosters floating out there and I am sorry if this question has been asked thousands of times. However, what is the most realistic rosters available (2007 or 2008)? Also, I enjoy using scouting on, so which ones work with this feature as well? Any help you can provide will be appreciated. I have a long flight coming up and this will give me something to do on the plane.
