Question - Bout the comment line

I notice in the transaction screen when you pull up minor league report the column for comments is there but there is never any comment. I noticed this on other screens I can't remember off the top of my head but does anyone know how to or if you can add comments

That is where your "scout" will say "Ready for AAA" or "Not ready for AA", etc....take a look at it often enough and I'm sure you will see it.
