The bullpen

Relief pitchers take too long to warm up in OOTP. Big-league pitchers generally can get ready in two batters or less, except in one- or two-pitch at bats.
Bullpen pitchers also should instantly become "ready" over a change of the half-inning.
Pitchers who have warmed up previously should require less time to get "ready" the second time.
Pitchers who warm up too long, or too often, should lose endurance.
Opposing teams, run by a computer manager, should be required to warm up pitchers, too. We should be able to check their bullpen.
Pitchers who come out of the game due to an injury or a rain delay shouldn't be replaced by a reliever who is "cold." Big-league pitchers get unlimited warmup time in an injury situation.

I agree with this, especially the ready over half inning part.

I also think the ideallt the pBp would tell you when the CPU was warming up in the bullpen, the way a real pBp announcer would

Personally, I have it turned off, would be a nice feature but, if I cant know what the computer is doing, it just puts me at the disadvantage.
