MAC OOTP 2006 can't import online league files

How does one import an online league file into OOTP 2006 on the Mac? I've tried everything and can't figure it out. There's nothing in help about it either. I belong to a number of online leagues and have a Mac at home. I can't make any changes on my own and have to email them to the commissioners to make them for me. What's point of owning the game if I can't partcipate in online leagues? HELP ME, PLEASE!!!

This is a bug in OOTP 2006. I believe you are referring to "exporting" your file to the FTP account set up by your Commish. If that's the case, then, sadly it wont work. Good news though, is that problem has been fixed in 2007.

Sweet! What I meant was I couldn't even add the league file to the game and then export it to FTP with my changes. This is all fixed in '07? When is it being released?

Adding the league file to the game should work fine, you may be extracting it to the wrong location. Post that info here, and I'll help you out. The 2007 Mac version is completely seemless with onine leagues, and it comes out March 23rd. There's a new forum up for it, also, if you go to the main directory of this forum, you'll see the various places you can go.

Exclamation

Using a historical league in 6.5, after trading deadline has past a player is released from a team, I find such player sometimes doe not end up in the free agent list as available ?

Any infro on why this happens and/or how to retrieve and/or how to manipulate the trading deadline feature would be helpful.
