How do I fire minor league coaches?

I can't seem to figure out how to fire minor league coaches. If I right click on a coach for my major league team, it gives me an option to fire them. But I get no such option with minor league coaches - is it possible?

It turns out the problem is just with one particular coach who appears to be bugged in the roster set that I am using. This coach is signed through 2262 at $0 a year... and all of his coaching skills are 1. And I can't fire him. If I turn on editor mode, and go to the editor page to try to edit his contract, he doesn't have a contract section at all! Anyone have any suggestions?

Can you change his team to no team in the editor?
