Message about player awaiting DFA, but no players in window.

The game is stuck on June 8th, I keep getting the message that there is a player waiting for assignment and there are none.
Is this a bug?
What do I do?

The player who ran out of DFA time is on your team or on a different team?

Could you post a screenshot of your DFA list and the error message?
