Pierre's Unretire Utility

Does Pierre's unretire utility work with OOTP4 ? I haven't seen it around the boards anywhere ? If it works, where can I get it ?

I've uploaded it to the Yahoo Club but I'm not sure it works with OOTP4 or not.

That says it is a retire utility...not unretire. Or does it work both ways.
