Expansion Draft Help

I started a league and took over the D-Backs and I was about to start the expansion draft when I realized each team had 25 protected players. Really in the 1997 expansion draft each team only had 15 protected players.

The problem is that I cannot figure out how to fix it. I went into the league setup and changed it from 25 to 15. However, that hasn't changed the actual lists. Is there anyway to reset the protection lists or something like that. Anything besides changing them manually?

You might need to restart the league to get the protection list to change if you are trying to change it the day they create the lists.

But I'm really not sure, it's not a part of the game I've messed around with.

I wouldn't change the number because the rest of the OOTP expansion process doesn't work like it does in the real world. There's no limitation on the number of players that can be selected from one club, and as a result it is possible for an existing club to be effectively looted during OOTP's version of an expansion draft.

So, using a higher protected number is necessary to counteract this.
