Take Two Baseball League looking for owners

The league offices of the newly anointed Take Two Baseball League are humble in comparison to the extravagence of the old Major League Baseball offices. League Spokesman, James Lovin IV, spoke of the excitement around the league to finally bring back major league baseball to the United States: "We're excited and proud to bring back pure baseball to North America. The waste, corruption and rampant drug-use of the old MLB are long past us, and we're ready to move on and bring the enjoyment of summer baseball back to the American people. The Take Two Baseball League is founded on fair-play, from players, from teams, and from the league office. The disbandment of the old MLB in 2040 due to widespread steroid use, and wild team owner corruption brought shame to the USA from the rest of the baseball world. We just want to earn that respect back, and rejoin the professional baseball world."

Take Two Baseball League is a new, 24-team league, using OOTP2007. Currently half the owners are carry-overs from the Old Timey Baseball League, a league that ran successfully for 3 real-life years and 10 seasons. We're excited to move on to v2007 and try out all the new features, and we're seeking 12 owners who are willing to immerse themselves into our universe with us as build it's history over the seasons to come.

League Features will include:
-4 Feeder Leagues (2 HS, 1 JC, and 1 Coll) to entirely feed our amateur draft pool
-24 teams, 3 4-team divisions in each league, with wildcards, with 3 levels of minor leagues.
-An active ownerbase that's excited to bring in 12 more owners into the fold and enjoy our baseball universe.
-Use of the SkyDog stats settings, that won't change from season to season, providing constant baseball play and stats.
-Full Coaching and Scouting systems will be used.
-Modern/2007-default financials will be used for the life of the league, but starting in year 2050.

I just wanted everyone to know that I have been playing ootp with this group of guys for 3 years and they are great. If you are looking for a challenge with fun and a league with stability, this is one to join. Hope to see you there.

I'll have to say, I've joined this league and am impressed with how active the commish is (and other owners too.) To me, this is a must for a great league. I think there are still openings here.

Correct, we still have 8 (maybe 9) openings.
You won't find a nicer group of guys.

Another thing I like about this league was being able to pick my city and mascot myself and not have to take over a team.

Where can I go to find some info on this league? Myself and another close friend of mine are VERY interested in joining. I am very active and hate to see our league fold due to our Commissioner stepping down and no one else wanting to take the helm.
