The Greatest Team All-time
I just started to try and go 162-0 with the greatest players of all-time. First time through I went 156-6, I will post stats and other stuff soon.

Postseason over, 100 on the challenge score, and World Series champs! 11-3 in total after almost being beaten by minnesota in the first round. WE came back from a 2-0 deficit to win 3-2.

I simmed every game the first time but I plan on playing the second half this time. I took out the Devil Rays and put my team in their spot, so I played the American League. I chose the AL to use the DH, even though I hate it with a passion, because with the DH I could use another great hitter.

but who was on the other teams.
Its not saying much to go 156-6 with those stars if it was against a bunch of leftover rejects if you know what i mean. If it was against other star teams than its very good. But if you really wanna see how good you are you could give every team the same exact players, but then it may not be as fun. |

I went against this years teams. I deleted the devil rays and added my cooperstown team. So I played the Yankees and Red Sox a lot too.

I did something similar, and my best record so far is 158-4. I used the best player at each position according to Bill James' New Historical Baseball Abstract (and choosing the player's best year using baseball-reference.com). I didn't use any current players (knocking Clemens and maybe Maddux from the team).
