Sparky League: Starting Over

Sparky's League is getting started back up with a new OOTP 2007 file. Opening day will be next week, sometime, and there's several teams open.

I was looking to check out the rules of the league, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I may be interested in joining, but I want to read the rules first.

So far as I can tell, there aren't any. It's a straightforward sim league.

I mean what are the settings...Coaches/Scouts - on/off? Morale - on/off? Draft pick comp. - on/off? Draft Pick Trading - Yes/No? Waivers, Rule 5, Ghost Minors? I would like to know stuff like that.
