HTML Customization questions

Hello all -

I know that we can customize the text, and the HTML output by editing the template files. Is there a list of the tokens that are valid for the HTML files? The spreadsheet that I found looks to be more for the news/in-game text.

Can we create totally new HTML pages by just inserting a file in the templates directory?
