Patch problem

I downloaded the patch into the ootp directory, then clicked on the exe file and it gave me this:

Req dll file VTCPAK33.DLL was not found.

if anyone has ideas on how to fix this I'd appreciate it.

check your profile. I responded to your private message to me with a link to where you can download that .dll file.

Or just go to <a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">www.google.com</a> and search for that file.
