Fatigue Bug?

I recently brought a catcher up from the minors, but could not play him because his fatigue was 0% - totally exhausted. The problem is that after several days of rest, his fatigue is still 0%! Is this a bug?

I haven't yet patched the game, hopefully it will go away with the latest patch.

Maybe he's really exhausted. What happens after you give him a few more days rest?

I installed the patch and his fatigure instantly went up to 37%, and now it seems to get better with days off.
