Question About Usage of Blue Chippers
So, I had an awful year my first season, with the limelight being the fact that I made some quality trades for younger players and two extra first round draft picks, two extra thirds, and some others. So I did the draft, finished the season and made sure the prospects were in the right farm league according to my minor league reports. Of which, two of those first rounders were in the bigs by thr end of the first season and did admirably.. both post above .300 averages in over 125 at-bats. But they didn't seem to improve on their five star potential.
Question is.. can they improve by playing in the bigs or do they only improve by taking their bumps in the minors.. even if they are doing fantastic in the bigs [second year, midway and both are doing better than average]? Any help on how to nurse these blue chippers to coerce the growth of their potential would be appreciated. BHotG |

If they're hitting well then keep them in your daily lineup. As for development, In past versions they would probably develop more in the minors depending also on what kind of coaches are teaching them but they will develop in the majors also.
I say keep them where they are and see how it goes. |
