Quick Question From a newb

hi all, first let me say i love the new version of ottp, incredible design.

it can be alittle overwheming at times thogh, and i wanted to know if there is anyway to make the following happen.

inspired by the fact that you can set a league to highschool level, i tried to make a league that would represent a local highschool league i play in. i ran into 3 big problems, and wanted to know if theres any fixes so i can sim a high school dynasty...

1. is there anyway to make each team randomly generate players every year rather than have the draft?

2. is there any way to make it so players can only play 4 years? (age 14-18)

is there any way to make it so the teams only play 32 games, but play them only twice a week? if you set up a league with a shortned number of games, the default scheduler smashes them all into one month.

oh shoot, on last thing, anyway to make the game spawn more developed players? although low stats with a few superstars wouldnt be out of the ordinary for my league ! hehe

1. I would keep the draft but just have the AI do it for you. It would be the same thing as having players created and put on teams.
2. Under game creation-->options-->player options, set the player created age to 14 min an 14 max. Then under rules-->roster rules, set min age to 14 and max to 18.

There is an in-game schedule editor, which may be good for your purposes. Or, you can make your own schedule file--check the schedule section in mods for details on that.

I'm not sure how the game handles player development for 14-18 year olds. Since they need to develop quickly (they only play 4 years), I would crank up the development modifiers in game setup--probably a lot, but you might have to experiment.

also, would anyone be intrested in reading a high school type dynasty, or would it get tedious that the players rotate so fast to everyone?

id love to write it, but not if everyones gonna hate it hehe
