Quick question: greed

I know this has been said before, but I always forget....Does a high Greed rating mean the player is very greedy or not very greedy? I didn't see this answered in the manual.

I've always ASSUMED it meant 'is very greedy'. I've noticed in salary negotiations that low greed players frequently settle for less than they ask for, while high greed players seldom do.

High number = high greed is what I assumed as well.
