Commissoner mode

I have always played in commissioner mode. I can see how some people might feel it is more realistic to not have certain options available, but besides that, is there a case for not playing in commissioner mode?

I always play in commissioner mode because I don't want to get fired. I play out each game and it takes time to get to know my organization. I don't want to be fired and have to learn a new organization.
