2796 - Bug - Sorting Years in Managers Report

In the Manager's History Report (History->Managers), when you click on the years column to sort it by years managed, the column sorts incorrectly.

It sorts "1,10,11,12,2,3,4,5", etc. In other words, it sorts alphabetically rather than numerically.
