3244 - Foreigner percentage on feeder leagues doesn't seem to work

I can't seem to get the foreign percentage setting to work on feeder leagues.

I'm trying to create an international feeder league. I have setup the home country of the league to be USA, and the foreigner percentage to 100. There's no foreign player limit. If I use league options to fill the league with players, roughly 90% of them come from the USA.

I initially thought that maybe foreigner percentage was only used creating new players each year, so I temporarily changed the foreigner percentage of my main league to 100 and used league options to fill my international feeder league. This worked great. My international league was truly international.

I changed the main league back to a foreigner percentage of 10 and simmed a couple of years. I checked the international feeder league rosters, and about 90% of the new players added to the league (since the league was created) are from the USA.

During all of these tests, the foreigner percentage of the feeder league was 100. But the game doesn't seem to use this setting, only the one from the main league.

Has anyone tried this? I'm surprised I haven't seen a "me too" or a "no, you're doing something wrong, this works fine for me" post.

Saw another post on this as well. Created a quick league to test it and looks like it's using the parent foreigner percentage rather then what you select in the feeder league. TT#3244.

This was claimed fixed in the first patch and verified by the beta testers. If you continue to have trouble with this issue, please contact a moderator to reopen this thread.
