The Sandlot Baseball League is about to begin the 1973 season (our 2nd), and have 2 openings. The texas Rangers and Cincinnati Reds. The Free agent signing period starts tommorrow. The Amatuer draft is this weekend and Cincy has 13 picks through 5 rounds.

the Reds actually have 4 of the first 26 picks in the ammy draft. The Rangers have AL MVP Dick Allen and a contending team.
