How are season scores determined?

It seems whenever I win a championship I only get approx a 70/100 and my fan interest doesn't rise like you might think it would. It did rise at all after winning the championship and just stayed at 80.

Anyway, back to my question: How are these scores determined? I want to know what I can improve on, but if they don't give me a breakdown on why I missed points, how am I to know what to improve on?

And is there a top end? I know loyalty can go to 10, but I've never seen a fan interest higher than 80.

Right now in my historical sim it says the red sox have a fan loyalty of below average loyalty, but the fan interest is equal to 98 out of 100.
