Problem with buying the game

Hello, I have a problem when trying to buy, I filled everything out, billing address, credit card details, etc and I got this error:

A problem was encountered while processing your order:

10408 - Express Checkout token is missing.
Please contanct support@elicense.com <mailto:support@elicense.com>



so I tried from another comp and I also got an error but this time:

10419 - Express Checkout PayerID is missing.

anyone experience something like this?

I googled this error message and saw someone mention a firewall can cause this. Do you have one enabled? Can you disable it and try to order?

Are you using paypal (if you even can)? I see this error come up with paypal use on almost every page I google (sorry, I'm not familiar with the in-game purchase process as I haven't had to do it).

Problem solved......

Just use desktop purchase instead of browser and everything works fine......

Sending them a mail right now.

I tried to use the desktop buying system, but that was no good, because for some reason, I could only pick an expiration date between 2001 and 2010, but the card expires in 2012...
