Questdogs historical namefiles

I was using these excellent files in 2006. Is it any problem to copy them into 2007 or has anyone encountered any problems .

I don't think they will work in 2007 as is because they do not include the full range of parameters due to the addition of FaceGen.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to use this former set of data as well. Not sure yet, though.

Section 28.3 of the guide says " if you want to alter names part way through a game edit name text files then load game and click re-import name/ethnicity database" but doesn't make it clear about using modded name files.
