I don't know if this is the right place for it but I'm trying to start a new game and trying to add historical stats. It either tells me that my attempt has failed or that I need a opening day roster to use. What am I doing wrong?

If this is for the 2007 version of the game, you're in the wrong place. If it's for 2006, I don't know the answer. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
