Why didn't it generate a minor league schedule??

I decided to move down and play as manager of a minor league team at the end of my last season to see what that was like. Well I cycled thru all the stuff between November and the start of the regular season only to discover that the game didnt' generate a minor league schedule, but, did for the major league, how come??

I've had this problem too. Usually it was on leagues I've added. If I don't go and set the start date and move it up a year at the end of each season, it won't change. Not sure if it was something I'm doing wrong or a bug, but it's kind of a pain
