I need help.
I have a hosting site but now I need the ftp. I don't know what do to from this point if anyone can help me out. I downloaded SmartFTP but IDK what to do.

Who is your webhost? Is it a free hosting plan? Does your hosting plan specifically state in an obvious manner that it supports FTP?
