Player.txt --> in a database file???

Quick question – Are there any plans on incorporating all of those tiny little annoying player.txt type of files into a database? I know it’s a pain when backing up and can cause a little system performance issue with the old anti-virus scan and defrag just loves the little guys…I’m asking because this is the longest part during frequent backups. I thought it might be easier to have 10,000 player files in one big file than having all these little bytes scattered everywhere. It may even increase performance, but that’s just an educated guess. Anyone have any feedback or know if this is in the works?
