League Interaction Question

Is it possible to configure rules on the signing of players across international leagues. Say if I have an American league and I want to sign a free agent from an international league, can there be rules applied to the transaction so that not just any player can be grabbed (that's the best case senario is no rules, but looking for some challenge in this area) This would include things like setting a minimum age restriction, signing penalties (taxes on the final contract amount to the players previous team), no waiver and no trade clauses applied to the first year of the contract, etc. Is this possible in OOTP 2007? If not, can it be a wish list item?

This in particular would be interesting, sort of like the posting fee the Red Sox paid the Seibu Lions for Matsuzaka? If your ideas don't make it into 2007, I am sure there will be a Suggestions forum here for 2008.

The only setting I know of related to this is the setting that allows you to say whether or not a league is allowed to sign FA's from other leagues.
