Idea for helping each other find members

I had the idea of maybe helping people out for finding members of a league. A kind of reverse idea.

Commish's can team up and recruit for the other leagues. It may be easier for a commish to recruit people from his current league to join a second than it is to find people on here. They commish's could also only refer quality owners so it weeds out the bad ones.

Im willing to join another league as well if the blue jays are available and are in somewhat the normal roster.
