looking for a ootp2006 league

I am a very active owner looking for a ootp 2006 league. i have 3 preferences.

1. cannot involve having hall of famers on rosters. (like bob feller cant be playing)
2. cannot take place in the past. no 1979 leagues or anything like that
3. perferably fictional. and if not i would like to be able to be the indians.

The VSL has an Indians opening.
