Kill Me Now

I'm about to hang my pitching coach...in the past 2 weeks (of my OOTP season schedule) my team has gone 3-9 after starting off the month 3-0. In the past 4 games, my starting staff has given up 11 homeruns. In that same time, I've lost one game in extra innings to a 3 run walk off HR, I lost another game two days later when that same batter hit another walk off 3 run HR in the bottom of the ninth in a game I was winning by two runs, and I lost the very next game after that to a walk off two run HR in a game I was winning by one run. A look at the pitching lines of my last four games from my starting pitchers:

7 IP, 8 H, 5 R, 4 HR, 0 BB, 4 K
5 IP, 9 H, 6 R, 5 HR, 2 BB, 3 K
6 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 0 HR, 5 BB, 5 K
5 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 2 HR, 4 BB, 3K

They were all road games. The third walk-off loss was the first game of a new series.

Sounds like comeback code to me

If those are out of 20, then that likely explains the homeruns.

Some days you are the windshield, and some days you are the bug.

Make sure you post on this thread too when you have a winning streak of a couple of games that all are walk offs of one sort or another.

I did have two amazing walk off wins in the same week of the first month of the season, one in which I came back from something like a 9-1 deficit in the 9th inning.
