Is there any way to advance the year on a league (from 2001 to 2002)? I can't figure out how to do that in Pierre's Editor or the game. I would also like to add 2002 stats to some players. Is there a way I can do that? Kinda interested in getting a head start on the 2002 season.

it's actually a hidden feature.

open up the Los Angeles Dodgers. edit Andy Ashby's salary to match the league year desired (in this case $2,002,000). After that, you should be all set.

I tried that but no matter how low I enter Ashby's salary it tends to go up. Tell me when to stop.

forget the most important step.

move Ashby to the Astros roster. do not, repeat, do not replace Ashby with, say, Dave Mlicki. Once Ashby is on the Astros, you should be golden (I thing Pierre Page is big on alliteration - Andy Ashby Astros)

Yeah, placeing Berkman on the Mariners for Ruben Sierra entered all the 2001 stats too =)

You can add 2001 stats manually, I don't think Lehman database for the 2001 season works yet. Adding stats would be a bitch though. Just wait 17 days PLUR.
