Imports not correct?

I'm running into an issue where some teams are sending in exports but the changes they make to their lineups aren't always coming through. For example, a team will attempt to change a SP to a MR, but when their file is loaded the change isn't registered. Any ideas why this would happen or potential fixes?

I also have one GM who has version 6.52 of the game yet can't FTP his exports. Anyone have ideas on what could be preventing him from exporting? As of now he has to e-mail me the file before each sim.

I may know the GM you're referring to in regards to him not being able to export. I really think it has to do with the firewall. Ask him to open up port 21 and then have him export.
