Why ABC insists on using Brent Mussburger is beyond me.

Isnt there a bland cookie-cutter ESPN announcer free on New Years Day? I'd prefer Linda Cohn and her annoying accent to the Mussburger trainwreck.

Im forced to listen to the USC announce team. :regurgitated puke:

Meanwhile, I have to listen to freaking Craig James. As a TCU student you can't help but hate the guy. SMU alum and played for them right before their death sentence. Never has a polite thing to say towards TCU. Screw him.

Am I the only person who thinks this post is crazy?

I've always liked Musberger. It's better than listening to Andre Ware, who doesnt know what he's talking about. The biggest idiot of the three calling the game is Bob Davie, who also demostrates as often as he can how little he knows about college football by opening his mouth.

Balboa does color, so you have a few breaks...O'Brien does the play-by-play and thus is worse simply because he talks more...but they are the worst announcing duo of all time...

Musberger sucks! My nightmare come true would be a Patriot Superbowl game with Musberger and Phil Simms as the commentators. It'd be like going to see Shakespere's Hamlet with some iliterouht guy who has lysdexia as the lead.
