6.x history converter

It is ready and already has been patched to fix a bug in 6.x.

A couple bugs have been eliminated and one bug tracked down to be a bug in 6.x when it dumps the file that I use. A work around is posted there.

Don't lose your history, AU6xHistory it to the new league!

It takes about 15 minutes for most leagues.
