Problems running OOTP6 1.0.2

I've recently downloaded a trial verison of OOTP6. It installed OK and says that it's vsn 1.0.2. But when I try to run it, it says that it's unable to open the graphics; that I must have my screen at 1028x768 and not have the toolbar set to stay on top of software. I've checked both those things, and they're both set correctly. I tried downloading the 1.0.2 Beta patch and installing over the setup I had downloaded, but the same thing happens. I'd really like to try the game -- any suggestions?

Still having an issue? Are you making sure the DPI settings are at 96?

We have a rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
